Dumbbell arm super circuit

This is a favourite of mine and gives an amazing pump. We are going to superset a series of bicep exercises straight into tricep exercises, two exercises performed one after the other with out any breaks. This is called a superset.

The     means that the two exercises are performed together directly after each other with 0 rest.

Superset 1

10 reps of bicep curls into        10 reps of overhead extensions
Rest for 1 minute
Repeat again for a total of 4 supersets

Superset 2

10 reps of close grip dumbbell press into        10 reps of bicep hammer curls
Rest for 1 minute
Repeat again for a total of 4 supersets

Superset 3

10 reps of incline bicep curls into        10 reps of tricept kickbacks
Rest for 1 minute
Repeat again for a total of 4 supersets

And there we go! Three super sets guaranteed to give you a massive pump!
