If you know me then you might know that I’m not the biggest fan of taking pre-workout powders myself. There’s no question about it if you take a good pre-workout then your going to be buzzing and have a great workout. But for me I don’t like the idea of putting such a high stimulate into my body regularly.
However lot’s of people respond a lot better to pre-workouts than myself and enjoy using them. I will admit they are a great way to motivate and also give you the extra energy you might need on those long rough days to get into the gym.
