Not everyone has the space or money to create a small workout space or pick up some free weights. Bodyweight exercises are great for getting into shape but they can be hard to perform for some as you are unable to adjust the weight.
I’ve come up with a full body workout that you can do at home using a simple set of old water jugs filled with water. The great thing about using milk/water jugs is your able to fill them up with different quantities of water to adjust the weight making it an ideal adjustable resistance weight.
This is a great workout for all types of people, especially busy mums who are looking to tone up but are unable to get to the gym. Anyone can benefit from this workout!
