On this page I keep updated a list of the current supplements I’m using and my general routine.
Right now in 2016 I’m currently using 3 supplements. These contribute to a current lean bulk in running for the most part of this year! I’m a bit of a fan of the Myprotein range here in the uk at the moment as they seem be a lot cheaper than the leading competition and I find it’s better to order a big batch with everything together.

1. Myprotein Hard gainer extreme
At a whopping 600 calories and 44gs of protein when mixed milk I’ve been using this as my breakfast in the morning. With early starts and little time to prepare something I find this works really well. I usually have another snack at around 10am. I then use this again as a post workout shake. 2. Myprotein Instant oats
I’m using these at the moment as a quick complex carb source to bump up my daily carbs. I usually have one of these shakes about an hour before my workout. Great for energy! These are a great way to get more oats in if your bulking. You can read my review here.
I take 5g of creatine about an hour before my workout. Usually followed by a green tea.
