Kinetica oat gain is protein shake designed as a meal replacement which can be used to help you hit the high calories needed to put on muscle as fast as possible when combined with a solid workout routine.
The best part about Oat gain as you will suspect from it’s name is that the carbohydrate source is straight from oats. This is good news if your looking for a good, healthy weight gain shake with high quality complex carbs, unlike other brands which use sugar for there carbs. The sugar based weight gain shakes are more likely to make you put on lots of fat. While here we have a good balance of complex carbs, protein and a small amount of fat, all needed to put on good quality muscle.
This shake looks to be perfect for those looking to put on as much muscle possible in a short time frame but also a big boost for people that struggle to put on weight, also know as hardgainers.
What you get
Each serving of Oat gain comes packed with 46 grams of protein 78 grams of good carbs, only 6.3 of which sugars. If you want to goto the next level you can make an even bigger shake by replacing water with milk. Whole milk is going to add an extra around about 300 calories and a good amount of protein, easily taking this shake to a meal close to 1000 calories.
Each serving also comes with some more benefits. Glutamine is a great addition to this shake. You can read about the benefits of Glutamine here.
Kinetic have also included big selection of vitamins in each shake listed in the nutrition info above.
Mix and taste test
After taking advantage of some great coupons and finishing a successful few months using myprotein hard gainer extreme i decided to go back to Kinetica oat gain. What a great time for a fresh taste test! I opened up the large packet and could instantly smell the lovely chocolate caramel nut flavouring… Ah i had missed it! This is honestly the best tasting protein shake i’ve ever found. It mixes great too! I recommend chocolate caramel nut but i’ve also tried the raspberry yogurt flavour too and it was just as good! Raspberry yogurt flavour mixed with greek yogurt makes an amazing bulking sweet snack.
WILL I GET FAT?
When it comes to weight gain shakes this a popular question and I’m not surprised. We all want to put on positive weight and either get lean or build large amounts of muscle in the quickest time possible. This shake is capable of helping you out drastically to achieve that goal if you are struggling to hit those high calorie targets.
I’m happy to say that if your thinking about trying out Oat gain and are worried about getting fat then I can put your mind to rest. As a repeat user and big fan of this product I can’t honestly think of a better weight gain shake to recommend to anyone that’s looking for extra nutritional help to gain muscle while keeping lean. What makes Oat gain stand out from the crowd and stamp it’s spot as my most recommended weight gain shake is it’s high quality source of low GI complex carbohydrates which are derived straight from oats. Oats are considered one of the best sources of carbohydrates.
One important thing to remember is this that if you are looking to stay lean you will need to accompany this shake with a good well balanced healthy diet and structured workout routine to get the best results and also stay lean in the process.
MY LONG TERM EXPERIENCE WITH Weight gainers
If you’ve read my review of Myprotein’s hard gainer extreme then you will be familiar with my hands on experience with weight gain shakes. Over the past few years weight gain shakes have played a big role in helping me high my high calories goals and building muscle. I have experimented with a few different ones in this time but my favourite and most used two have always been these two.
Ultimately I think Oat gain is the superior shake but when Myprotein have some good offers on board that are hard to ignore I sometimes switch back to Hardgainer extreme to save the wallet.
If your looking for a great weight gain shake with good quality ingredients and the least risk for fat gain then Oat gain might be exactly what you need. Especially if your a hardgainer and struggle to put on weight. It is by far the best tasting weight gain shake on the market in my opinion and has been really helpful for myself and many other happy customers.
